Medical (including Rx) — You can elect to participate in the medical plan, which offers two plan options through Horizon Blue and one through United Healthcare. 
Benefit Plan Options: 
— Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) with 80% in-network coverage with Blue Cross Blue Shield NJ 
— Surest Medical Plan - Co-pay only plan that uses United Healthcare Choice Plus Network 
— Consumer Health Plan (CHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA) - a “high deductible”  PPO plan with Blue Cross   Blue Shield NJ 

Dental — You can elect to participate in the dental plan through Delta Dental of New Jersey. 

Vision — You can elect to participate in the vision plan through UnitedHealthcare Vision

Health Insurance

Vacation and Sick Time—New hires start with 15 days of paid vacation time a year (pro-rated based on hire date). With service, vacation time can grow to 25 days per year. Sick time is also available to all new hires! 

Paid Time - Off

Atlas Copco matches 50% of the first 6% you contribute. Atlas Copco also provides an automatic company contribution to your 401(k) that starts at 3%.

 401(k) eligibility begins 31 days following an employee’s first day of employment.

Retirement Savings and Planning 401 (k)

8 fixed holidays and up to 5 floating holidays.

Floating Holidays

Atlas Copco offers 10 weeks of paid maternity leave that runs concurrently with our STD policy.

Maternity Leave

Atlas Copco offers 6 weeks of 100% pay for paternity leave. 
*You must have been employed for the previous 12 months to qualify for this benefit.

Paternity Leave

You can elect to participate in an FSA through WageWorks. Health care FSA to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for eligible health care expenses for you and your dependents. Dependent care FSA to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for eligible dependent care expenses (e.g., day care, after-school care, elder care).

Flexible Spending

If you enroll in the CHP, you will only be eligible for a Limited Purpose Health Care FSA to be reimbursed for eligible dental and vision expenses.

Limited Purpose FSA

If you enroll in the CHP, you will have an HSA opened for you. The company will deposit $500 to your HSA if you have employee-only coverage and $1,000 if you are covering a spouse and/or children. You can also make pre-tax contributions yourself through payroll deductions.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

You and your dependents are eligible to use the EAP through Magellan at no cost to you. Some services offered:

• Legal Consultation

Employee Assistance

You are automatically covered with basic life and basic AD&D coverage of 1.5 × annual earnings through Aetna at no cost to you. You have the option to purchase additional coverage for you, your spouse, and children.

Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance

You are automatically covered with short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to you. This benefit is administered by Matrix.

Disability

Service awards at 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, etc. years. Engraved watch at 25th year or retirement, whichever is first (must have completed 15 years continuous service).
